Meet the Director
Jeff Metzger
Jeff Metzger joined All In as director in 2021 following an established career in education. He is responsible for all oversight and management of All In, which includes individual planning and goal setting for All In participants, overall strategic planning and implementation of the program, policy and procedure development, management of the All In staff and much more. Since Jeff’s arrival, he has helped to more than double the program’s participation.
Prior to his position with All In, Jeff worked with Glynn County Schools in Brunswick, Georgia, where he was an education coordinator and the director of alternative programs, coordinating community-based services and helping develop school-wide learning activities and individual support plans when necessary. Jeff came to Georgia from the Derry Area School District in Pennsylvania, where he served in a variety of roles, including as middle school principal. He boasts multiple certifications, including Educational Leadership and Special Education Adapted Curriculum. He’s also affiliated with the Council for Exceptional Children and the Georgia Association for Alternative Education, among others.
Jeff graduated with a B.S. in Special Education from the Pennsylvania State University and went on to earn an M.S. in Administration from McDaniel College only a few years later in 2004. He lives in Cumming, Georgia, with his wife, Christine, and three children, Josh, Tessa and Ben.
